SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to versions of an electrical grounding assembly for a vehicle and a fastener for a vehicle with an electrical grounding element. In the vehicle component there is a hole and there is a fastening part. Fastener comprises flange forming an opening completely extending therethrough, and a bushing located inside the opening. Bushing includes a compressed circular locking ring engaged with the side of the component opposite to the flange to form a mechanical lock. Said solder is arranged inside the opening to form an electric bridge between the component and fastener.
EFFECT: satisfactory electrical grounding is provided.
