FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for manufacturing a multilayer composite material. Material consists of at least two outer metal cover layers and at least one layer of synthetic material located between the cover layers. At least two metal semi-finished products coated with synthetic material on one side are prepared in order to create a bond between the layers of synthetic material of the semi-finished products, before joining, at least one of the sides of the metal semi-finished products coated with synthetic material is activated, and the semi-finished products are joined to each other through the sides coated with synthetic material to form a multilayer composite material. Activation of the layer of synthetic material of semi-finished products is carried out directly from the side of the semi-finished product, coated with synthetic material, wherein two tape semi-finished products, coated with at least one layer of synthetic material, are rolled into reels and both semi-finished products, after the activation of at least one of the layers of synthetic material of the semi-finished products, are continuously bonded to each other by with layers of synthetic material.
EFFECT: invention provides improved process reliability in the manufacture of multilayer composite materials from semi-finished products coated on one side with at least one layer of synthetic material.
