FIELD: electrical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electrical equipment. Asynchronous welding generator (AWG) has squirrel-cage rotor 1 and three-phase stator winding 2. Excitation capacitors 4 and beginnings of compounding capacitors 5 are connected to terminals 3 of this winding. Ends of capacitors 5 are connected to three-phase rectifier 6. DC terminals of this rectifier are connected to terminals (or connector) 7, which in turn are connected to the DC buses of single-phase rectifier 8 of inverter welding machine (IWM) 9. Smoothing capacitors 10 and inverter 11 are also connected to these buses. Step-down transformer 12 is connected to the latter. Rectifier 13 is connected to the secondary winding of transformer 12, to which, in turn, welding electrode 14 is connected. Rotor of the AWG is driven by motor 15. Single-phase IWM has terminals 16 for connecting a 220 V network.
EFFECT: elimination of unbalance when single-phase IWM is connected to AWG, increase in its efficiency and reduction of the fuel consumption of the drive motor.
