Internal unit of an air conditioner is proposed, which includes a sensor body with a sensor configured to detect light, reducer configured to keep the sensor body rotatable and movable along the first axis simultaneously with the sensor body, a first electric motor adapted to apply a force to cause the sensor body to rotate, second electric motor configured to apply a force to cause the reduction gear to move along the first axis and a shaft inserted through the reduction gear to be rotated when receiving a force from the first motor, shaft and gear are inserted in the gearbox so that the rotational force transmitted from the shaft is transmitted to the sensor body, while the gear moves along the first axis.

EFFECT: decreased overall dimensions and longer service life.
