SUBSTANCE: flow-activated pressure equalization valve for use with a downhole tool, such as a tool for a process operation for use in intensifying a subterranean formation is proposed. Purpose of the balancing valve is to enable the equalization of the processing fluid pressures above and below the isolation device. As soon as the pressure above and below the lower isolation device is equalized, the tool for process operation can be moved. Valve can be closed when the fluid flow exceeds a certain threshold, and the process tool is installed in the well. Thus, during the lowering into the well or extraction from the well, the valve will not close regardless of the fluid flow rate. Valve can be opened by shutting off the fluid flow, followed by dropping the pressure above the isolation device or by extraction of the tool from the well for the process operation.

EFFECT: technical result is higher effectiveness of a pressure equalization valve.
