SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to floating platforms for the production, storage and shipment of hydrocarbons. Floating offshore platform for storing, extracting and/or shipping hydrocarbons comprises a hull; pontoon connected to the hull; and a block of skirts of the keel part, which contains the skirt of the keel part and the supporting structure. Skirt block of the keel part is connected to the peripheral surface of the pontoon and is located between the storage position above the pontoon, in which at least part of the skirt block of the keel part is located inward from the peripheral surface, and the unfolded position adjacent to the pontoon or the unfolded position protruding from the pontoon. To deploy a stored skirt block of the keel part, the platform has a body and a pontoon connected to the body, while the skirt block of the keel part is connected to the peripheral surface of the pontoon, in which they rotate the skirt block of the keel part from the storage position over the pontoon and lower the skirt block of the keel part into the unfolded position at the pontoon mark.
EFFECT: effective change in the characteristics of the platform’s vertical pitching is achieved.
