SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing a bulk non-woven material, comprising the steps of: a) preparing a raw material for a nonwoven material containing fiber balls and binder fibers, b) preparing a device for air laying, that has at least two needle rollers between them a gap is formed, c) processing the raw material for the nonwoven material in the device by the method of air laying, at that the raw material for the nonwoven material passes through the gap between the needle roller, with the needles being pulled fibers or bundles of fibers from the fiber balls, d) laying on the device for laying and e) thermal hardening to form a bulk nonwoven material. Invention also relates to a bulk non-woven material comprising a bulk material, its application and textile materials.
