FIELD: testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for examining sample materials using their digital three-dimensional models. To assess structural changes in a sample of a material, as a result of exposure to a sample at least one sample of the material before and after exposure, and the first image and the second image of each sample are respectively obtained. Both images are combined at full resolution using at least one fragment of the first image and one fragment of the second image of each sample that correspond to the same region of the sample. Analyze the combined images and evaluate the changes in each sample that occurred as a result of the effect.
EFFECT: technical result is an increase in sensitivity in the case of small changes in the sample.
