MICROSPHERICAL CATALYST FOR OIL FRACTIONS CRACKING Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC B01J21/16 B01J29/08 B01J35/08 C10G11/05

Abstract RU 2673811 C1

FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: microspherical catalyst for cracking petroleum fractions has been proposed, which includes ultrastable zeolite Y in cation-decationated form and a matrix, the components of which use amorphous aluminosilicate, aluminum oxide and natural clay. As a component, the matrix contains kaolin clay modified with sodium polyphosphate in the following ratio of components in the catalyst, wt. %: zeolite Y 18–25; amorphous aluminosilicate 20–40; aluminum oxide 10–40; kaolin clay 10–30.

EFFECT: obtaining a durable highly active cracking catalyst, providing an increased yield of gasoline.
