FIELD: oil-producing industry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed is a microspherical catalyst for cracking oil fractions, which comprises an ultra-astabile zeolite Y in a cationic decathion form and a matrix, the components of which are embodied in the form of an amorphous aluminium oxide, aluminium oxide and natural clay, where, as a component of the matrix, a kaolin-galloise clay modified by nitric acid ammonium contains more than 40% galloisite, the following ratio of components in the catalyst, wt.%: ceolite Y 18-20; amorphous aluminosilicate 27-40; aluminium oxide 15-30; kaolin-galluasitic clay 20-25. Also proposed is a method for producing a microspherical catalyst for cracking oil fractions, which is described above.
EFFECT: technical result is the production of a strong, highly active cracking catalyst providing for increased gasoline output.
