SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil-producing equipment, in particular, to a wellhead seal. Wellhead seal includes a housing, a sealing assembly, mounted in a cylindrical bore of the housing with the possibility of interaction with the bottom, including sealing elements, the housing of the sealing unit, made in the form of a glass with a central axial bore, a pressure ring, and a lid, designed to cooperate with the sealing unit. In this case, the housing of the sealing assembly in a cylindrical bore is installed with a guaranteed radial clearance, and the bottom of the housing, at the interface with the lower end of the housing of the sealing assembly, is provided with a sealing element. Housing of the sealing assembly in the upper part is provided with an abutment having the ability to interact with the pressure ring, and the lid is designed with an abutment capable of interacting with the upper end of the housing of the sealing assembly through a spacer stop ring.

EFFECT: invention can be used to seal the rod of a sucker-rod submersible pump.
