FIELD: sealing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of the manufacture of tubing rings of tunnel linings; it can be used for sealing of tubing rings of barrels of underground structures and mines. A device for waterproofing of tubing rings is made in the form of a sealing gasket and is intended for placement in a U-shaped groove of each separate cylindrical segment of the tubing ring. The sealing gasket is made in the form of a quadrangular prism of ethylene-propylene-diene monomer, while bevels are made on outer sides of an upper part of the prism, and through fillet grooves are made on a lower surface of the prism along its entire length, while a height of fillet grooves is selected from a ratio of h=H/1.5÷4.0, where h is the height of fillet grooves, H is a height of the sealing gasket.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of waterproofing of tubing rings.
