FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the lifting devices, and can be used for the road, rail, water, air transport body loading or unloading. Technical result is achieved due to the fact, that when loading and unloading cargo for a truck, the load is installed on a lifting shelf and moving the lifting shelf bracket with load up or down. For loading and unloading, initially folding the truck sideboard, after which the lifting and lowering device hooks are pulled over the sideboard upper edge and, thus, installing the lifting device thereon, after which the load is placed on the lifting shelf. Then connecting the electric motor to the car on-board electrical network, at that it brings into rotation the screw rod, which begins to rotate relative to the threaded hole in the bracket, and thereby moves the bracket with the lifting shelf, load and carriages up or down along the guides. When the carriages reach the limit switches, the carriages end position sensors generate and transmit to the drive unit a control signal, by which the electric motor is disconnected from the vehicle’s on-board electrical network.
EFFECT: enabling the possibility of lifting or lowering the load during the trucks loading and unloading, both with vans and flatbed bodies, improving the trucks loading and unloading performance.
