SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas distribution and cryogenic engineering and can be used to produce low pressure gas, liquefied natural gas (LNG) and compressed natural gas (CNG) at gas distribution stations due to the use of differential pressure between the main and distribution pipelines and can be used in the gas industry. Complex includes a compressor, which is installed on the production gas line together with heat exchangers "compressed production gas/reverse gas" and "compressed production gas/low pressure gas", after which the purification unit and the heat exchanger "compressed production gas/reduced process gas" are placed. Return gas line after the heat exchanger "compressed production gas/return gas" is connected to the line of the reduced process gas, as well as purge gas inlet lines with purification and dehydration units, which are connected by regeneration gas outlet lines to the reduced process gas line after the preliminary heat exchanger. After the preliminary heat exchanger, the expander-generator is installed on the process gas line as an expander.

EFFECT: increasing the output of LNG, reducing energy consumption and the production of CNG.
