SUBSTANCE: submitted is an LNG generator including gas drying and purifying units, a preheat exchanger and a main heat exchanger, a separator, the first and the second expansion engines interconnected with a compressor, wherein the compressor is a compressor of a refrigerating machine, the first section of the preheat exchanger, the purifying unit, the second section of the preheat exchanger, the main heat exchanger, the first expansion engine and the separator equipped with an LNG output line are located in tandem on the production gas line, the evaporator of the refrigerating machine, the second expansion engine and the connection with the gas return line are located on the process gas line, and the preheat exchanger is located on the low-pressure gas line formed between the two lines. Also submitted is the principle of the above mentioned generator.
EFFECT: simplified generator as a result of the compressor and "compressed production gas/low-pressure gas" and "purified compressed production gas/reduction process gas" heat exchangers being replaced with a refrigerating machine, as well as increased output of LNG due to the process gas being cooled in a preheat exchanger by cooled reduction process gas.
