FIELD: cryogenic technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cryogenic technology and can be used for the liquefaction of natural gas at gas distribution stations.Two versions of the installation have been proposed, including, in both versions, drying and cleaning units, a heat exchanger, a compression refrigeration machine with an evaporator, an expander, a reducing device and a separator. The second version of the installation is distinguished by the presence of a compressor. During the operation of the first version of the installation (high-pressure natural gas is dried and separated into product gas and process gas, which is cooled in an evaporator, reduced in an expander, mixed with reverse gas, and the resulting low-pressure gas is heated in a heat exchanger and removed. The product gas is cooled in the first section of the heat exchanger, cleaned from carbon dioxide, cooled in the second section of the heat exchanger, reduced and separated in the LNG separator and the return gas, which is fed into the process gas line. In the second version, the product gas is additionally compressed by a compressor.
EFFECT: simplified installation and increased LNG yield.
