Technical result is achieved due to the fact that the segmentation system for region of interest (ROI) contains a display device, gaze tracking device, gaze point collection device, border detection device, area detection device, point of view filter. Eye tracking device generates a viewpoint relative to the displayed image. Device determines the boundaries of the boundary based on the selected points of view. Area detection device performs segmentation of the area of interest.

EFFECT: technical result of the claimed invention is the implementation of improved segmentation of the study area, managed through eye tracking.
