FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes embodiments of a modular apparatus for installation of multiple dental prostheses, relates to the field of dentistry and can be used for prosthetics of teeth on implants. According to the first embodiment, a modular apparatus for installation of multiple dental prostheses comprising implants (IM) inserted in the patient's maxillary or mandibular bone, and cylindrical stumps (M) associated with the implants in order to protrude from the bone, comprises joint (G) and rod (A). Joint (G) consists of a ring adapted to be slidingly and revolvingly inserted outside stump (M) and provided with a radial fork formed from two rounded branches in a symmetrically opposite position and defining and intermediate compartment (V), that extends along the perimeter on an arch larger than a semi-circumference and ends at the base with a tapered edge adapted to reduce the section of the rounded branches. Fork has two openings and has a width less than the maximum distance between the two branches in the fork. Rod (A) comprises a cylindrical element having two ends; wherein said rod is designed for threaded connection, at each end, by means of a threaded connection, of a part with a ball, intended for an accurate insertion with the possibility of free rotation in the intermediate compartment (V) of fork (10) of joint (G). Cylindrical element of rod (A) consists of a tube with a round section; comprising a vertical partition, located inside the tube, approximately half the length of the tube; wherein said vertical partition separates two identical cylindrical channels provided with inner threaded walls. Threaded connecting part is connected to the ball and screwed into one of the cylindrical channels of the tube.
EFFECT: inventions make it possible to facilitate and accelerate the process of mounting the connecting element between the different stumps of multiple dental prostheses during installation.
