FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to field of dentistry and can be used for tooth implantation. Dental implant contains implant body with central receiving hole, extension with neck entering receiving hole, tightening screw which passes into passing drilled hole in extension and is screwed into internal thread, present in receiving hole. Implant body has inserted elements for instrument for inserting into jaw bone. By means of conic internal surface of implant body and adjacent to it with preliminary tightening conic external surface of neck formed is conic junction for fixation to prevent extension crank with respect to implant body. To set position of extension turn with respect to implant body there are first and second indexing elements, passing at least partially into region of conic external surface of neck. At least first indexing elements are made on implant body with resistance to twisting and second indexing elements are made on extension with resistance to twisting. Inserted elements of implant body and first indexing elements are located and made independent on each other. Second indexing elements of extension in its apex zone are located in such way that in direction of circumference between second indexing elements conic flat sections of neck adjoin conic internal surface of implant body. Group of inventions includes versions of implanted systems.
EFFECT: possibility to create definite turn of extension with respect to implant body.
