FIELD: medicine; dentistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in making a denture fixed on a dental implant. A dental prosthesis intended for direct or indirect connection with a dental implant is made, which includes an internal through channel located at an angle, for which the main part of the denture is obtained, wherein said main part has a first end intended for orientation in the direction of the dental implant, and a second end opposite to said first end. A first hole is drilled in said first end in a first direction. Middle area of said first hole is milled and expanded to produce expanded area. A second hole is drilled in said second end in a second direction, which forms an angle other than zero with the first direction, note here that said second opening extends to first opening. Inner end of the first hole, which enters from the second hole with formation of bend, is milled and expanded in lateral direction.

EFFECT: method allows making a prosthesis located at an angle to implants, with possibility of its fixation.
