FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for mixing bulk materials and can be used in construction, chemical, food, pharmaceutical and other industries. Mixer for bulk materials contains an ellipsoid-shaped mixing chamber with a loading window in the upper part. In the lower part of the chamber, an unloading hatch is made and three independent working bodies are placed in the form of blades mounted on drive shafts. Working bodies are equidistant from the vertical axis of the mixing chamber and from each other. Blades are turned at an acute angle relative to the radial position in the direction of rotation. Mixer is equipped with a circular swing mechanism of the mixing chamber, made in the form of a Gough-Stewart platform with six hydraulic jacks.
EFFECT: invention improves the quality of the finished mixture and reduces the mixing time due to the intensification of the process of mixing the components.
