FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of additive technologies, and can be used for the made of composite materials parts and structures manufacturing. Products from composite material reinforced with continuous fibers manufacturing method by the three-dimensional printing method includes the composite fiber manufacturing, whereby impregnating the fibers bundle with thermosetting binder with volume fraction of 15–60 % and subjecting to heat treatment until the binder is cured; feeding the composite fiber in the form of thread and thermoplastic material into extruder; heating the extruder to the temperature above the thermoplastic material melting point and the thermosetting binder glass transition temperature, at that, the thermoplastic material is combined with the composite fiber; moving the extruder along the programmed path and extruding the composite material obtained by the thermoplastic material with the composite fiber joining, through the nozzle to the table surface, where the composite fiber, when cooled down, becomes rigid, and the thermoplastic material melt solidifies, binding the composite fibers together, forming the product; at that in the process of the product formation using the trimming mechanism, performing the composite fiber cutting and the extruder transition to the next trajectory section without the composite fiber and the thermoplastic material extrusion, then resuming the composite fiber and the thermoplastic material extrusion. Products from reinforced with continuous fibers composite material manufacturing device by the three-dimensional printing method comprises: extruder with inlet channels for the composite fiber in the form of a thread and a thermoplastic material, at that containing a heater, chamber, temperature sensor and nozzle for the composite material output; thermoplastic material and composite fiber in the form of thread supply mechanisms; the reinforcing thread cutting mechanism; table; at least three-coordinate displacement mechanism allowing to move the extruder relative to the table surface along the programmed path.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase the material specific strength characteristics, physical and mechanical characteristics, reduce the porosity with the uniform internal structure with the fibers and the matrix volume fraction variation in the printing process.
