FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to 3D printing by thermoplastic composite material. Preliminarily impregnating the reinforced filament with the molten matrix polymer under pressure, drying the reinforced filament, feeding the reinforced filament into the extruder of the printing head, heating the reinforced filament to a temperature higher than the melting point of the matrix polymer of the reinforced filament, extruding the reinforced filament on the surface of the part to form a welded layer of composite material with cutting of the reinforced filament. After feeding the reinforced filament into the three-dimensional printing zone, it is welded at simultaneous exposure to temperature exceeding the melting point of the matrix material of the reinforced filament and ultrasonic vibrations. Printing process is carried out in thermostatically controlled heated chamber.

EFFECT: as a result, it is possible to manufacture part of complex geometry.
