DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURE OF SHEET PRODUCTS FROM POLYMER-COMPOSITE MATERIALS BY THE METHOD OF CONTINUOUS FORMATION Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC B29C51/04 B29C55/00

Abstract RU 2681908 C1

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to building materials, namely, to manufacture of profiled products from polymer-composite materials. Device for manufacture of sheet products from polymer-composite materials by the method of continuous formation contains the following elements sequentially connected. Table on which a film thermoplastic material is brought. Unit of preparation, mixing, heating and dosing of the mixture of a thermo-setting plastic material. Block of gravitational distribution in the mixture of fibrous elements material to obtain a polymer-composite material. In this case, the table is equipped with two clamping brushes, limiters, block for applying the top layer of a film of a thermoplastic material similar to the bottom layer, rolling unit comprising two shafts, polymerization heating chamber, unit for cooling and processing of sheet products from polymeric composite materials.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to increase the strength and durability of a sheet product, increasing the mechanical performance properties of the material.
