SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, in particular, to electrically conductive dental bleaching compositions. Method of dental bleaching includes applying a bleaching composition gel layer with electrical conductivity above 250 mcS/cm, applying to teeth covered with a gel layer, an electric current of at least 1 mA and teeth bleaching, the gel composition comprising hydrogen peroxide in an amount of from 6 to 9 % w/w, a cross-linked polyacrylate polymer, an aqueous carrier comprising glycerin in an amount of 20 to 30 % w/w and water in an amount of 25 to 50 % w/w, as well as at least one ingredient increasing the electrical conductivity selected from alkali metal hydroxide in an amount of 1 to 5 % w/w. It is also proposed to use the said dental bleaching composition by the disclosed method.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides highly effective dental bleaching, which is less irritating and whitening occurs in less time.
