FIELD: layered products.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of production of rubberised materials for manufacturing shell products for various purposes. Rubberised material constitutes a layered structure including five layers, and comprises, as a textile base, one layer of polyamide fabric with a double-sided rubber resin-based rubber coating adhered to the textile base, wherein the rubber coating on the front and reverse sides is based on a combination of nitrile butadiene and chloroprene rubber resins at a weight ratio of 1:1 as outer layers, connected with the textile base made of polyamide fabric with a surface density no greater than 510 g/m² by means of a rubber mixture based on chloroprene rubber resin forming the inner layers, wherein the outer layer of the rubber coating on the front side is made with a density of 900±50 g/m² until the total thickness of the rubber coating reaches 1.45 to 1.5 mm, the outer layer of the rubber coating on the reverse side is made with a density of 100±5 g/m², and the inner layers of the rubber coating on the front and reverse sides are made with a density of 40 to 60 g/m².

EFFECT: production of a material exhibiting improved working properties, such as strength, tear resistance, seal tightness, resistance to low temperatures, abradability, and shear strength of the adhesive seam.
