FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of insulating materials with wide range of protective properties suitable for making of protective clothes. This method exploits the fabric coated with butyl rubber-based composition for one-side coating or its mix with synthetic rubber by triple ethylene-propylene for two-sided coating. Two compositions based on the mix of chlorosulphonated polyethylene and neoprene rubber at the ratio of 75-85:15-25 are applied on coated fabric top side. Second composition includes aluminium powder. Modified material is cured at 130-140°C.
EFFECT: higher resistance to toxic, aggressive, oxidising substances, oil products, naked flame and IR radiation.
