FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of transport engineering, in particular to two-unit amphibious vehicles, consisting of two sections connected by a swing-coupling device. Said coupling device is additionally equipped with a damper of oscillation of the sections of the vehicle in the transverse vertical plane, which is made in the form of annular single-cavity cylinder (11) with spring-loaded piston (12), whose working cavity is connected to the hydraulic power system, and package of friction discs (13, 14) interacting with said piston. Cylinder (11) is fixed with a seal on the outer surface of pipe (2) of the coupling device as well as on the end surface of the protruding cylindrical body of the nose of the second section, and package of friction discs (13, 14) is installed in the annular cavity between pipe (2) of the coupling device and the projecting cylindrical body of the nose section of the second section. In the case of, for example, swells when moving along the water surface with the help of damper (10) of oscillations the movement of the sections of the vehicle in the transverse vertical plane relative to each other is blocked.
EFFECT: improvement of the navigational properties of multi-section vehicles when moving along the water surface in the swell mode, as well as on land using special equipment or weapons due to the possibility of damping oscillations of the sections of the vehicle in the transverse vertical plane.
