FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for prevention of diffused parapancreonecrosis in case of acute destructive pancreatitis. On 1-3 day of disease computer tomography with bolus contrasting is performed. If complete transverse necrosis of pancreas on its entire depth with presence behind it of unaffected parenchyma, secreting pancreatic juice autonomously, is detected, external pancreatic fistula is formed for discharge of pancreatic juice from parapancreatic cellular tissue.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to ensure early detection of conditions for formation of internal pancreatic fistula and prevent its development.
