SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. Communication method for a mobile cellular device comprises the steps of interconnecting a mobile device located in a non-cellular coverage area with a remote server that is located in the cellular coverage area to administer calls via an IP data line; receiving instructions from the remote server to administer data transfer when there is no connectivity to the cellular network and receive a telephone number relating to the user on a VoIP server that is different from the phone number of the MSISDN device; sending a request to the cellular network operator to redirect incoming calls to the said MSISDN cellular phone number to the said telephone number associated with said VoIP user; and accepting incoming calls on the mobile device in the absence of cellular coverage.

EFFECT: invention allows wireless connectivity with no cellular coverage.
