FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of building materials that can be used for the manufacture of linings for tube furnaces, under conditions of frequent temperature fluctuations and moderate erosion effects, single-layer linings of reactors and regenerators, catalytic cracking units using gunning method. Raw mix for the manufacture of heat-resistant insulating torcrete contains, wt%: aluminosilicate hollow microspheres 2.5–60, high-alumina cement 5–20, chamotte sand 5–60, reactive alumina with a specific surface of at least 8,500 cm2/g 5–15, microsilica 0.5–1.5, metakaolin 0.5–10, plasticizer (in excess of 100 %) 0.05–0.2, methylcellulose (in excess of 100 %) 0.05–0.4, water (over 100 %) 10–23.
EFFECT: production of lightweight heat-resistant concrete with density from 0,6 to 1,7 g/cm3 after heating to 1,400 °C, not having a softening in the entire range of operating temperatures.
