FIELD: concrete mixtures.
SUBSTANCE: invention proposes refractory concrete mixture used in producing low-cement refractory concrete that comprises the following components, wt.-%: aluminum oxide-base refractory filling agent of fraction 3-6 mm, 20-25, fraction 1-3 mm, 13-25, fraction 0-1 mm, 8-20, and alumomagnesial spinel of fraction 0-0.5 mm, 10-20; melamine or a polycarboxylate plasticizing agent, 0.045-0.07 (above 100%); finely dispersed matrix of fraction <0.063 mm, 15-30; high-aluminiferous cement of fraction <0.045 mm, 2-8, and dispersed alumina of fraction <0.0075 mm, 0.2-0.4 (above 100%). As a finely dispersed matrix the mixture comprises, wt.-%: corundum of fraction <0.063 mm, 35-40; reactive alumina of fraction 0.005 mm, 35-40, and alumomagnesial spinel of fraction 0.064 mm, 20-30. Refractory concrete mixture can comprise additionally organic fibers, 0.02-0.05 wt.-% (above 100%). Proposed refractory concrete mixture provides enhancing thermal stability and opened porosity. Invention can be used in making monolithic fettlings for different high-temperature aggregates in metallurgy and other branched of industry.
EFFECT: improved and valuable technical properties of mixture.
