SUBSTANCE: device has a longitudinal axis and a back end of the shank of the first part for placing in the cylindrical hole of the second part, a radially protruding annular flat surface of the first part for interacting with the end of the second part, and a clamping mechanism including a fixing screw and the supporting element, located in the second part on opposite sides of the axis of its hole, for interacting with the movable element mounted in the hole of the first part perpendicular to its longitudinal axis. On the mounting screw perpendicular to its axis, there is a support platform for interaction with an elastic protrusion made on the shank of the first part by means of a slot, parallel to its longitudinal axis and extending from the rear end of the shank to said radially protruding flat surface. On the outer surface of the shank there is a groove dividing the first support section located near the radially protruding flat surface and the second support section located near the rear end of the shank, in the first support area from the side of the support element there are two flats, arranged symmetrically at an angle relative to the axial plane of the shank, passing through the axis of the hole for the movable element, and on the second support section, on the side of the support element, there is a flat design located perpendicular to the axis of the opening for the movable element.

EFFECT: increase in the reliability of fixing the shank is achieved by increasing the certainty of the base and increasing the clamping force of the shank to the surface of the hole of the second part.
