FIELD: electrical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical equipment and electrical measurements, and can be used to assess the newly developed electricity meters suitability against the uncontrolled electricity takeoff for the purpose of its theft from the power grids. Half-wave circuit for testing electricity meters for the uncontrolled power take-off comprises a bridge circuit from two circuits connected in parallel to the network from the in series connected storage capacitor and charge thyristor, and discharge thyristor in the bridge circuit diagonal, as well as the charging and discharge thyristors switching on control unit. Control unit comprises the voltage divider on the resistors, comparator, which output through the differentiating RC circuit and the transistor amplifier with the transformer output is connected to the discharge thyristor control electrode. Comparator output is also connected to in-series connected inverter, transistor amplifier with the transformer output with connected to the charge thyristors control electrodes two separate secondary windings. Storage capacitors C discharge circuit includes in-parallel connected low-resistance choke with inductance L and capacitor CSV, satisfying the following conditions: L=1/8π2f2C and also CSV=1/8π2f2LH, where f is the mains frequency, LH is the tested induction electricity meter voltage coil inductance, and, at that, the C>>CSV inequality is satisfied. To ensure the storage capacitors discharge at the time of the mains voltage positive half-wave amplitude maximum reaching, the discharge thyristor opening pulse formation is provided by the calibrated capacitor controlled charge, shunted by the resistor, from the located in the network zero circuit storage capacitor and its switching on to the discharge thyristor opening pulse formation circuit control transistor through the dinistor.
EFFECT: increase in the electricity meter operation efficiency and the sound (bounce) elimination during the claimed device operation; use of the claimed device will allow the new generation electric meters developers to avoid uncontrolled power consumption and large economic damage to the country’s power supply organizations.
