FIELD: biochemistry; physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the border area between physics, chemistry and biology. It can be used in scientific and industrial laboratories to determine the chirality of water clusters. Method is proposed for measuring the parameters of a liquid-liquid phase transition in aqueous solutions of amphiphiles, namely, chiral properties accompanied by micelle formation of non-chiral surfactants. According to the claimed method, lutein with a surfactant/lutein ratio is added to the aqueous surfactant solution in the concentration region of the liquid-liquid phase transition until the spectrum of circular dichroism disappears.
EFFECT: invention allows to study the effect of additives, electromagnetic fields, pressure, temperature on the entanglement of the quantum state of water in aqueous solutions of amphiphiles.
