FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the use of surfactants in various industrial, agricultural and healthcare technologies and can be used in factory laboratories and scientific research institutions. Disclosed is a method of measuring parameters of a liquid-liquid phase transition accompanying micelle formation of ionic surfactants, in which zero-point energy of water participating in process of liquid-liquid phase transition, accompanying micelle formation or energy of zero point of water corresponding to methylene group during liquid-liquid phase transition accompanying micelle formation of ion surfactants by means of compensation effect is measured.
EFFECT: high accuracy of measuring parameters of quantum behavior of a liquid-liquid phase transition in the process of micellar formation of ionic surfactants based on measurement of water zero-point energy (ZPE).
