SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the heat power engineering, and can be used for heat supply of residential and industrial buildings. Heat carrier parameters regulation system at the heat supply source is characterized by the fact, that it includes the heat energy consumer, heat energy source and the pipelines heat network communicated to the heat energy consumer and the heat energy source via the heat carrier, at that, the pipelines heat network includes the boiler circuit and the heat network circuit, containing direct and return pipelines, heat energy consumer contains the heat point control room, temperature sensors, pump, the electric driven three-way mixing valve and at least one heat receiver, and the heat energy source includes the boiler room control cabinet, pressure sensors, heat network circuit pumps with variable frequency drives, three-way mixing valves with electric drives, hydraulic separator, the boiler circuit pump, the burner and the hot water boiler.

EFFECT: technical result of the claimed invention is reduction in the of fuel and energy resources consumption of both electricity and boiler and furnace fuel, increase in the boiler equipment efficiency and the heat supply system reliability.
