SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pulse equipment, and can be used for the powerful high-voltage nanosecond pulses generation in various electrophysical devices. Technical result is achieved due to the high-voltage nanosecond pulses generator with voltage multiplication to nUcharge on a matched load, containing in-series connected at the output the 2n forming lines with distributed parameters, the load and the switch, at that, the generator operation is organized in the wave mode, for which the odd line high-voltage electrode end is in series connected to the next even line high-voltage electrode beginning, even line low-voltage electrode beginning is in series to the next odd line low-voltage electrode end, the odd lines high-voltage electrodes beginning and the charging voltage are connected to the common switch, matched load Rload=2np is connected between the first and the last lines low-voltage electrodes.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is increase in the high-voltage nanosecond pulses generator operational speed and reduction in the weight and size characteristics.
