FIELD: cooling; agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of cooling of agricultural products during their processing and storage, in particular milk on livestock farms. In the method, the milk cooling device contains a flow plate heat exchanger connected to the milk circuit from the milk line of the milking machine, a milk pump, a thermos tank and a control unit. Further, the cooling circuit of the heat exchanger is connected to plastic tubes with an environmentally friendly coolant with a low freezing point. Said plastic tubes are installed in the ground ice accumulator with two-phase heat stabilizers, the lower parts of which are filled with propane. And the lower parts of the heat stabilizers installed on the bottom of the soil ice accumulator are placed below the level of the plastic tubes, and the lower parts of the heat stabilizers mounted in the walls of the ice accumulator are placed above the position of the plastic tubes. Also, the condenser part of all thermal stabilizers is located at the same distance from the surface of the ground. To form an additional milk cooling circuit, a thermos tank, an adjustable valve and an additional milk line are connected to a milk pump and the flow plate heat exchanger. This method for cooling milk includes cooling the milk with a temperature of +4...0 °C a closed circuit circulating environmentally friendly refrigerant with a low freezing point, which is cooled in a ground coupled storage to 0 °C and below. To cool the milk, the pump is automatically switched on to supply coolant from plastic tubes located in the ground coupled storage into the plate heat exchanger, after which the coolant is returned back to the ground ice generator. If the temperature rises above +6 °C, an additional closed circuit for cooling milk is switched on, which ensures that the required temperature of milk is maintained during storage.
EFFECT: energy consumption is reduced when cooling milk and increasing the reliability of the device.
