WASHING SOLUTION FOR REGENERATION OF USED FIRE-RESISTANT TRIARYL PHOSPHATE TURBINE OIL AND REGENERATION METHOD OF USED FIRE-RESISTANT TURBINE OIL WITH ITS USE Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC C10M175/02

Abstract RU 2674992 C1

FIELD: engine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processes of regeneration of used fire-resistant oils based on triaryl phosphates to condition, allowing their reuse in lubrication system and control system of turbo generator. Washing solution for regeneration of used fire-resistant triaryl phosphate turbine oil, contains, mass. %: sodium hydroxide – 1.0–5.0 or ammonia – 3.0–10.0, disodium salt of ethylenediaminotetraacetic acid – 0.1-10.0, linear or branched aliphatic alcohol C3-C5 – 3.0–10, water – the rest. Moreover, a linear or branched aliphatic alcohol C3-C5 is: n-propanol, n-isopropanol, n-butanol or n-pentanol. For regeneration of used fire-resistant triaryl phosphate turbine oil, washing solution is introduced in the amount of 40-100 wt. % and intensively stirred at a temperature of 40–60 °C for 7.5–8 hours. Mixture is filtered and oil layer is separated, which is washed with distilled water by mixing. Oil is separated from cleaning water and dried in vacuum, gradually raising temperature of oil to 80–120 °C for 3-3.5 hours, and kept at this temperature for 1–1.5 hours.

EFFECT: technical result consists in simplifying method ensuring restoration of parameters of used fire-resistant triaryl phosphate turbine oil to values of corresponding parameters of fresh oil.
