FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processes of the regeneration of spent triaryl phosphate fire-resistant turbine oil. The method of regeneration consists in the fact that a neutralizing agent is added to the spent bottled or xylenol fire-resistant turbine oil in the amount of 0.4-0.8 mass. %. Sodium carbonate, calcium hydroxide or calcium oxide can be used as a neutralizing agent. The neutralizing agent should be calcined at a temperature of 200°С for 2-3 hours. The turbine oil and the neutralizing agent are intensively stirred at an oil temperature of 60-80°С and atmospheric pressure for 10-22 hours. After that fractional distillation of oil is carried out using a heated distillation column at a temperature of 250-300°С and residual pressure of 3-5 mm Hg., selecting as the target product the fraction boiling away at a temperature of 240-280°С. The spent bottled oil is stirred for 18-22 hours, the spent xylenol oil is stirred for 10-18 hours.
EFFECT: simplifying the method for regeneration of spent fire-resistant tri(alkylaryl)phosphate turbine oil, which ensures the restoration of the set of parameters of the spent triaryl phosphate turbine oil to the values of the corresponding parameters of fresh oil and ensuring its environmental safety.
