Abstract RU 2674993 C1

FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular to the systems of electronic control of the electric motor, and can be used to control the DC motor. Electronic control systems of a brushless electric motor are a rotor with permanent magnets and a stator with electromagnets and contain an electronic control unit, power semiconductor switches, rotor position sensors. In the first and second versions of the electronic control systems of the brushless electric motor, a parallel-connected battery and a buffer storage device of the super-capacitor battery are used as the power source. Second embodiment is characterized in using two galvanically isolated power sources of the right and left arms of the electric circuit. In the first embodiment, the power source is connected to an inductive load through parallel-connected H-bridge power semiconductor switches with blocking diodes and a diode bridge, and in the second through current-limiting capacitors and diodes. In both cases, the electronic control unit is connected with the current sensor, with the rotor position sensors oriented along the axial lines of the permanent magnets, and through the inverter reverse unit – with rotor position sensors, oriented between the axial lines of the permanent magnets, and with the device for changing the orientation of the rotor position sensors.

EFFECT: technical result is the development of an electronic control system for a brushless electric motor, possessing high flexibility and control efficiency and ensuring efficient use and return of electric power both during motor operation at its “idle” course, and at its braking, increase of efficiency and its torque.
