SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used in predicting the course of the reparative process of the intestinal anastomosis. To do this, after the formation of the intestinal anastomosis, immediately and after 30 minutes in the tissues along the anastomosis line, measure the redox potential. Based on the data obtained, a prediction index of healing is calculated using the original formula. In this case, if the value of the Health Integrated Index (HII) does not exceed 28 – this indicates a slight probability of insolvency of the anastomosis. If the value of HII is from 28 to 38 – the probability of insolvency exists. If the value of HII is more than 38 – the probability of failure is high.
EFFECT: method provides an objective prediction of the course of the reparative process of the intestinal anastomosis due to the evaluation of the bioenergetic indicators of tissue structures along the anastomosis line.
