METHOD OF FORMING ANTI-REFLUX INVAGINATED SMALL-LARGE-INTESTINE ANASTOMOSIS Russian patent published in 2012 - IPC A61B17/11

Abstract RU 2456944 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for formation of anti-reflux invaginated small-large-intestine anastomosis. Ends of small and large intestines, gripped with polypotomic loops, are matched in such a way that mesenteries of both intestines are located with respect to each other at angle 45° and between them first row of interrupted serous-muscular sutures is applied between them on perimetre. Polypotomic loops are turned in one direction with orientation of stumps towards large intestine and successively on perimetre applied are the following three rows of interrupted serous-muscular sutures, which are used to invaginate small intestine stump into large intestine lumen. Electrosurgical excision of stumps of both intestines, gripped with polypotomic loops, is performed.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to create aseptic conditions during formation of anastomosis, reduce trauma and deformation of tissues.
