FIELD: medicine; surgery.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and reveals a method for strengthening inter-intestinal anastomoses after intestinal resection. The local temperature of the anastomosis overlay zone is controlled using a thermal imager. A local temperature of 37.5ºC is reached. Then, a two-layer membrane containing high-molecular hyaluronic acid maleate with a degree of substitution of hydroxyl groups 1 of the adhesive layer and containing carboxymethylcellulose of the non-adhesive layer is applied to the seam. The membrane is fixed with an adhesive surface.
EFFECT: method allows expanding the arsenal of methods for the prevention of surgical complications, provides an increase in the tightness of the anastomosis, it can be used to reduce the frequency of surgical complications and the failure of inter-intestinal anastomoses.
