FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for washing the inner and outer surfaces of pipes from corrosion products and subsequent passivation of washed surfaces, and can also be used to deactivate pipes of low activity level. Installation for washing the pipes contains a washing chamber arranged one above the other and interconnected by a pipeline and a chamber for the washing agent, a compressed air supply system with a pneumatic distributor. Washing chamber communicates with the atmosphere. Valve is connected by a pipe-pulse with a chamber for a washing agent. Grip contains a central and additional rods for placing a bundle of laundered pipes on them. Annular gap is formed between the rods and the inner surfaces of the pipes. Centers of the rods are located on the disk at the vertices of equilateral triangles, ensuring minimal gaps between the washing chamber and the bundle of laundered pipes. To the flange in the places of the largest gaps between the peripheral pipes to be cleaned and the washing chamber are attached frame pipes connected at the ends with a ring.

EFFECT: ensuring the formation of a beam of pipes for washing their outer and inner surfaces from rust.
