SUBSTANCE: invention relates to audio signal processing and is intended for encoding and decoding audio signals. Decoder comprises a first target spectrum generator for generating a target spectrum for the first time frame of the subband signal for an audio signal using the first correction data. First phase corrector adjust the phase of the subband signal in the first time frame of the audio signal, determined using the phase correction algorithm, at that the correction is performed by reducing the difference between the index of the subband signal in the first time frame of the audio signal and the target spectrum. Subband audio signal calculation module calculates the subband audio signal for the first time frame using the corrected phase for the time frame and calculates the subband audio signals for the second time frame different from the first time frame, using the index of the subband signal in the second time frame or using the calculation of the corrected phase in accordance with an additional phase correction algorithm different from the phase correction algorithm.
EFFECT: high sound quality.
