FIELD: ventilation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of engineering equipment of industrial buildings and can be used when equipping buildings of industrial enterprises with a ventilation system. Ventilation unit contains the fan/s of the intake system with inlet filters and heaters, the fan/s of the exhaust system, the intake and exhaust air duct, including supply and exhaust air ducts, instrumentation that determine the joint operation of fans, a ventilation pipe connected to the exhaust air duct, with at least one section of the supply and exhaust air duct, preferably most of them is/are made of basalt plastic, and the wall thickness of the basalt plastic section is made at least as thick as the wall of a similar section when it is made of metal.

EFFECT: this allows to increase strength, reduce weight, increase corrosion resistance and reduce heat capacity.
