SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of engineering equipment of industrial buildings and can be used when equipping buildings of industrial enterprises with a ventilation system. Supply and exhaust air duct, containing inlet and exhaust air ducts, consisting of straight sections and various shaped connecting elements connected to each other in a certain sequence and installed by means of supports and suspensions, at that, at least, one section/element of air duct, preferably, most of them is made from basalt plastic, at that wall of air duct section from basalt plastic is made with thickness not less than wall thickness of similar section of metal.

EFFECT: this allows to reduce weight of elements of plenum and exhaust duct, longer service life with simultaneous reduction of labour input.
