SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to display devices and discloses a gate control circuit and a shift register. Gate control circuit contains a plurality of shift register circuits that are connected in cascade, and each of the shift register circuits contains a circuit for transmitting a clock synchronization control command and a latch circuit for OR-NOT elements, the transmission circuit of the clock synchronization control command is triggered by the first clock pulse of the clock signal for transmitting the gate control pulse of the previous stage to the latch circuit on the OR-NOT elements, and the latch circuit on the OR-NOT elements performs the latch function, and the latch circuit on the OR-NOT elements is additionally triggered by the second clock pulse after the first clock pulse to output the gate control pulse.
EFFECT: technical result is the implementation of the control circuit of the gate drive in accordance with CMOS technology and a reduction in power consumption.
